Aiden Nease

Studying Violin Performance at Kent State University

Originally from Newark, Ohio, Aiden Nease is currently a full time student enrolled at The Kent State University majoring in Violin Performance under the direction of Dr. Eunho Kim.

His accomplishments include performing with Newark-Granville Youth Symphony, Newark-Granville Chamber, Tuscarawas Philharmonic, as well as being a current and active performer with the Kent State Orchestra. Most recently Aiden won the Kent State Concerto Competition where he will be featured as a soloist with the Kent State Orchestra.

Music education has been and continues to be a vital aspect in his life as it has shaped him to who he is today. His approach to teaching is unique because not only does he teach lessons about music, it also teaches his students that being dedicated and practicing at something will not only achieve great results but also has the ability to set up a brighter future for themselves whether it is music related or not.

Aiden is excited to pursue a teaching position at the Hudson School of Music where he is able to share his love and joy of music with others.
