Bachelor’s of Music in Piano Performance - Mount Union University (In Progress)

Elizabeth currently attends the University of Mount Union studying music. She has had the pleasure of studying with Dr. Maira Liliestedt and Dr. Kikuchi.  She has played the piano since third grade. Elizabeth has taught lessons to people of various ages since her freshman year of college. She enjoys listening to music and playing the piano for First Christian Church. Elizabeth’s teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive, student-focused environment where each individual can grow both musically and personally. She believes in tailoring lessons to each student’s unique learning style, strengths, and goals, using a variety of tools, genres, and repertoire to keep students engaged and challenged. By fostering open communication, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere, Elizabeth aims to inspire a lifelong love for music.
